Cape Cod Bay Seafood, Inc., offering the delicious & nutritious "Surfburger"!

 

 

Traditional: Serve with lettuce, tomato, onion and tartar sauce on a bulkie roll or bun.

 

Melt your favorite cheese over a SURFBURGER and serve with Mayo and Dijon or honey mustard.  We recommend a smokey cheddar or Havarti cheese with dill.

 

For a zestier SURFBURGER, top with your choice of salsa!

 

For a light and refreshing luncheon, place SURFBURGER in a pita pocket along with shredded lettuce, cucumber, capers, chopped onion and dill Mayo or plain yogurt.

 

Pan fry and serve with a dollop of dill butter and fresh lemon on a bed of rice.  Garnish with appropriate greens for a delicate and festive meal!

 

SURFBURGERS make great appetizers too!  Simply cook and serve on toothpicks with your favorite dipping sauce.

 

New Twists on Old Brunch/Breakfast Favorites: Serve on a bagel or toasted English muffin with a layer of (non-fat) cream cheese and slices of red onion or scallions, and crisp cucumber.

 

SURFBURGERS make a great companion to any egg dish.  Substitute for Canadian Bacon in Eggs Benedict, and drip with traditional Hollandaise sauce.
